  Pol.Lt.Col.Chayakorn Mamungpanitarn, In the past, he has been a plainclothes police. He worked for the investigation organization to seek and help the victims from the crime. His background and work experiences relate to human trafficking crime so that they highly support his vision in this field through his experiences, success, hope and painful from the missions. 

     In July, 2020. Mr.Jaruwat Jinmonca and his team established the organization, in Chiangmai Thailand, with the aim to help the victims from the crime through Pol.Lt.Col.Chayakorn Mamungpanitarn’s vision. The first mission of IMF was completely done with 4 tribe children to be rescued from human trafficking operation in Nan Province. These children said that they wanted to have a good education and run away from the bad things that they were facing.

    Therefore, we have found that there are many troubles in the government organizations such as unclear investigation systems, police corruption issues, emulation and abuse of power by some police officers. From the above,2019, Pol.Lt.Col. Chayakorn Mamungpanitarn resigned because he was forced to do the unfair things which completely against to his ideology and vision. 

Pol.Lt.Col Chayakorn Mamungpanitan and Mr. Jaruwat Jinmonca has worked together in combating human trafficking and child sexual exploitation for six years. They have helped victims and brought about a change in northern Thailand where most of the victims are from poverty stricken society, tribal people and foreigners. Both of them had worked together in many cases.

 They found many problems in government agencies such as internal politics, corruption, competing for power and abuse of power. Therefore, Pol.Lt.Col. Chyakorn Mamungpanitan resigned as he was forced to get involved in unlawful and unethical activities that are strongly against his values. 

Pol.Lt.Col. Chyakorn Mamungpanitan is a man of ideology, a very intelligent executive in organisational management and building a working network. He is a role model and his team loves and respects him because he never accepts bribes, hates injustice, works hard for the people and does not give importance to fame or positions. He has also received several awards from the Royal Thai Police and other government agencies.

Up until God inspired Pol.Lt.Col. Chyakorn Mamungpanitan and Mr. Jaruwat Jinmonca to help victims of human trafficking in Thailand by establishing the Immanuel Foundation together with  Immanuel Church.

Human trafficking and child sexual exploitation in Thailand are still a big problem that needs assistance from agencies that are independent of government internal problems, which render it ineffective.

Human trafficking and child sexual exploitation remain a colossal issue in Thailand that demand an unwavering support from non-government agencies due to several complications within the government sector, which becomes too much to handle ranging from political disputes, lack of willingness to help, corruption, conflict of interest or benefits gained by government officials via human trafficking scheme that perpetuates an inefficient system.

With strong past work connections, we have gathered a team in order to provide assistance to victims of human trafficking and were able to reach out to many local children both male and female whose family are poor, to those who have been deceived, sexually abused, and forced to work as sex workers.
